Peter is the Founder and CEO of Startgrid where he focuses on working with a great team to set the vision for Startgrid and build the best software available for enterprise innovation teams. Peter has spent 20 years as both an entrepreneur and venture capitalist helping early-stage entrepreneurs seed and build their businesses. His experience includes being a General Partner at Allegis Capital, where he worked with more than 30 large enterprises on their external innovation programs. Peter is passionate about social entrepreneurship and has advised organizations such as the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University, PATH.org, and the Tech Awards. He has a BS from Tufts University and an MBA from UCLA. Ask Peter about parenting 3 kids and the Australian Outback.
Gabby leads Customer Success at Startgrid, where she ensures the retention and growth of our customer portfolio. As a trusted advisor to our customers, Gabby helps them realize maximum value from our platform. Gabby has over 15 years of experience building entrepreneurial ecosystems and managing programs in social entrepreneurship and impact investing. This includes developing and managing Pacific Community Ventures’ Business Advising Program and scouting the globe for social innovators for Social Capital Markets (SOCAP). Gabby has a BA from San Francisco State University and grew up in the wilds of the Ozarks. She loves hiking, mushroom hunting and raising chickens.
Adrian is the CTO of Startgrid where he focuses on platform strategy, delivering software innovation, and building an awesome engineering organization. Adrian has 18 years’ experience in software engineering spanning many computer languages and disciplines. Prior to Startgrid, Adrian spent time living in Uruguay where he developed an open transparency database for microfinance. Before that, he was VP Engineering at Boulevards New Media and CTO of SF Station. Adrian likes to play jazz guitar and enjoys ballroom dancing. Kyu is the VP of Product at Startgrid where he focuses on defining and driving the product strategy, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process. Kyu has 20 years of product development and operational experience. As the co-founder and President of SF Station, he pioneered one of the first local online media companies in 1996 - ultimately creating one of the most recognizable media brands in the SF Bay Area. He led the merger of SF Station with Boulevards New Media where he served as COO and is now a member of their Board of Directors. Kyu grew up on the beautiful island of Guam and has a BA from UCSD.
Jennifer Wilson is responsible for development and growth of Startgrid’s global enterprise customer base. Jennifer has worked for a series of high growth SaaS technology firms throughout California. Her experience includes Account Executive positions at Aria Systems, Alteryx and Tealium where she played a key role in expanding their enterprise customer portfolios. Jennifer has a BA in Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Go buffs!!
